We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us through Instagram @atelieraffair.lb within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order details and photos of the issue.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Items must be unused and in their original condition when a return is applicable.
